Intensive with case reviews and a personal AI plan for experts and schools
DELEGATE AI
Stop doing the routine of your online school yourself. Set up your work with AI and free up 8+ hours a week — or stop paying your team for what AI can do on its own
Get a personal review of your online school: what AI can do for you in funnels, access, LMS, analytics, support and clubs
Your workday
You are working, yet in that time you aren’t earning
Part of your workday brings in not a single cent. It’s not teaching, not a new product, not sales — it’s routine admin work that somebody has to do. Right now that’s you (and you pay with your time) or a person you pay for it.
AI can already do this work
So the question isn’t whether you’ll ever hand it over, but how many more months you’ll pay for it with your own time or an assistant’s salary
Routine math
Routine doesn’t look expensive until you add it up in hours per month
How many students do you have? How many minutes per student go to access, reminders and other identical questions? See what it adds up to in a month. 5 minutes here, 2 there — and suddenly 12 working days a year are gone. Not to mention lost focus

ready for an upsell
Figures are illustrative, for the prototype. In the real version this is fed by data from your LMS, Telegram, live sessions, payments and CRM.
Engagement in the club
AI sees who opens the materials, who reads messages, who comes to live sessions, who asks questions, who stays silent and gradually drops off
Getting people to results
AI tracks where a person stopped, which lesson or live session they missed, which action they didn’t take — and brings them back into the process
Information when it’s needed
Members don’t search the chat for “where’s the recording”. AI gives the link, reminds about the live session, pulls up the instructions or a checklist
Which mechanics work
You can see what really keeps people: live sessions, assignments, reviews, challenges, mini-groups, bonuses or personal reminders
Access without manual control
Payment went through — access opened. Subscription wasn’t renewed — access closed. Refund issued — sequences stopped
Warm-up and upsells
AI sees the segments: who is active and ready for the next product, and who is losing interest
Routine doesn’t look expensive until you add it up in hours per month
You may already be building landing pages with AI and writing funnel copy. But there’s still plenty of manual routine (administration) — funnels, access, reports — or it goes through a person who gets a salary and you have to wait until the work is done
Payments and access
“I paid, but I can’t see the course” costs five minutes, focus and nerves. AI can check the payment, grant access, help find the lesson and reply
Analytics
What matters isn’t “where the leads come from” but which ads and which content bring sales. Data should come together without seven spreadsheets
The service zoo
Every launch adds subscriptions, integrations and places where something breaks. Some can be closed, some connected
Are you already in the green zone?
There are two AIs. One advises. The other goes into your services and does the work
Most people are stuck on the first one: they asked it to write, got a text, edited it, and still have to assemble everything by hand. The second level starts where AI has access to your builder, bot, LMS, CRM or payment system and returns not advice but a finished result.

Olena Khyzhniak
AI, automation and marketing
No magic.
10 years in tech ops
I’ve set up course launches and seen in audits where the tech side adds a pile of routine, and why a beautiful landing page doesn’t save a bad system. Where AI really takes the load off, and where it only adds a new toy.
Experience
Online schools, LMS, funnels, payments, CRM, automations, launches, support and technical oversight.
Approach
Not “AI will do everything”, but “AI should take over specific work that can be verified”.
Focus
To give you a direction for growth and a personal roadmap — not yet another list of prompts.
Examples of tasks AI performs
Here is what it looks like
not in theory,
but in the tasks of an online school
Six real situations from online schools
01
The product is ready, but the launch has been waiting for tech for a third week
AI builds the landing page, form, lead-magnet delivery and bot scenario, and tests the path to sign-up.
02
Payment is there, access isn’t
AI sets up the entire customer journey after purchase and runs onboarding: automatic access to the course after payment, emails and bot notifications, checks whether they joined the group/channel and reminds them if not. Launches the onboarding automation and sets the status in the CRM.
03
Services are paid for every month, but nobody knows which are needed
AI maps your school’s services: what’s duplicated, what’s unused, where the risks are, what will get expensive when you scale
04
Adding lessons and Zoom recordings
AI sets everything up so that after Zoom the recording lands in the right lesson of the course automatically. A transcript, timestamps, a summary and a notification to students about the available recording are generated.
05
Ads bring leads, but it’s unclear what brings sales
AI connects ads, CRM, payment and product so you see not clicks but money.
06
The club sells, but it’s unclear who is actually engaged
AI shows activity, live-session attendance, churn risk and readiness for the next offer.
Diagnostic
What in your school does AI already do on its own?
Self-diagnostic
Tick what already works in your school without hands, a contractor or manual stitching together

get instead of yet another “AI course”
Individual roadmap
What exactly AI can do for you in your school, in what order to implement it and where to start without extra chaos
Instructions for your AI
How to give tasks, what data and access to provide, what result to expect and how to verify it really did the work
Review of your case
In the live sessions you’ll see how AI can be integrated into your landing pages, funnels, LMS, payments, CRM, analytics and support
Limits and verification of AI
Where AI lies, where it overcomplicates, where it suggests the unnecessary and where it’s better not to build your own solution at all
How the intensive works
1
Step 1
Payment and chat
After payment you join the group, where we briefly gather context.
2
Step 2
45-min session
In the session I don’t give advice. I draw out how everything is really set up on your side.
3
Step 3
Three live sessions + practice
Your situation is reviewed in a live session. Besides solutions for yourself, you see other opportunities and examples. The schedule of live sessions will be agreed with the group in the chat.
4
Step 4
Roadmap
You get a sequence of actions and instructions for your AI: what to do, how to do it, what to check and where not to overcomplicate.
5
Step 5
30 days of chat support
Answers in the chat to your AI implementation questions for 30 days after the intensive ends
Normal doubts before buying
If you’re already tired of AI promises, these questions should come up. You don’t need to believe in a “magic button” here: you need to understand whether your school has processes you can hand to AI without losing control.
I’m not a technical person
That’s exactly why the format is what it is: I’m the one who has to be technical here. You tell me how things are now, and in the reviews you’ll see how AI does it and what tasks to give it
It will break and I won’t be able to fix it
I’ll tell you more: it WILL break. Only in the intensive will you get recommendations on how to minimise that and how to fix it.
+ chat support
I already have various services
We sort that out first in the session. What you already have, how it’s set up and how best to use it going forward. What to replace, combine, drop or add
I’ve already taken AI courses
They usually teach an AI adviser and prompts. Here the focus is on an AI executor in your project
I don’t have time
You’ll spend more time on routine than the intensive takes. You’ll have to find time for AI sooner or later anyway. So why put it off?
I’m a technical specialist
There’s plenty here for you: clients will come with AI solutions that need fixing, scaling and turning into systems
FAQ
Answers to questions
Is this an intensive about Claude, ChatGPT or a specific service?
The focus isn’t on the name of a tool. The focus is on the level of work: AI should not just advise but carry out the task inside an online school’s services.
Will I have to set up bots, the LMS and integrations myself?
No. You need to learn to set a task, understand the limits, grant access without unnecessary risk and accept the result.
What will happen in the personal session?
Olena draws out specifics: how your last launch went, where manual work appears, which services you already have, what you tried and what didn’t work.
Why not give everyone one program?
Because that no longer works! There’s plenty of information and it’s available to everyone without limits. The intensive is for picking out of all that variety only what you need and implementing it! And getting 80% of the result with 20% of the effort.
If I already have a technical specialist, do I need this?
Yes, if you want to understand what you’re paying for and what can be taken off manual work.
Who shouldn’t join?
Don’t join if you’re looking for a content course, want “100 universal prompts for everything” or aren’t ready to show your real system.
Are you in?
Start with the question “what should it take off my school this month”
In the intensive you don’t collect yet another folder of ideas. You leave with a roadmap and instructions for your AI: what it does for you, how to set tasks, how to check the result and where not to let it complicate your life.
For 30 days after the intensive you get chat support and answers to your questions.
